With more than a decade of finance leadership experience in the technology and Internet of Things (IoT) sectors, Jeremy brings broad expertise across capital markets and financing, financial planning and reporting, and large-scale M&A. He has a strong record of leading finance organizations through periods of significant transformation, experience that will support Ideon’s continued growth.

Most recently, Fitzgerald was CFO of Telit Cinterion, a global IoT enabler, where he oversaw a multinational finance function supporting a diverse portfolio of modules, connectivity services, platforms, and custom solutions for mission-critical applications. At Telit Cinterion, he strengthened the company’s balance sheet, played a leading role in the sale of its secureWISE business, and oversaw a cost optimization program that meaningfully improved operating efficiency.
